Ancient Grain All-Purpose Bread Flours
Our Ancient Grain All-Purpose Bread Flour is a special blend of Khorasan, Spelt and Turkey Red Wheat flours. These Ancient and Heirloom grains are known for being great for rising with yeast and sourdough bread recipes.
This blend will take your bread to new levels with it’s quality protein and rich flavors! All of these grains are grown on small family farms in the US and have been tested for glyphosate.
We mill these flours in house and remove a little more than half the bran and germ, so your bread will rise nicely and your loaf will be light and airy.
As always, our flours are never enriched, bromated or bleached.
