Our Organic Italian Soft Wheat Berries are grown on a single Italian family farm that practices traditional agriculture without using any synthetic pesticides. As an added assurance, we have tested a sample of the berries and no glyphosate was found in the sample.
These wheat berries are packaged in Modified Atmosphere Packaging, with the oxygen displaced by nitrogen, for a very long shelf life. Stored properly away from heat and light, the berries could be viable for 30+ years.
